If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return it within 31 days of the order date for either and exchange, credit, or a prompt and courteous refund.
A 20% restocking fee on the original sale price (and return shipping charges if applicable) will be deducted for all returns.
To return an item/s, simply call our Customer Service department at (800) 910-6194 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA #). No returns will be accepted without an RA #. Once you receive your RA #, you may send back the piece(s) with the return shipping pre-paid to the address listed on your RA document. All returns must arrive in like new condition in their original boxes/packaging or the shipment will be refused.
Order Modifications or Cancellations
Any order modifications or cancellations must be made by phone within 24 hours of placing the order by calling our Sales Department at (800) 910-6194. Modifications or cancellations to orders will not be accepted by email.
