No. It must be fixed to a GX6 Activity Trainer.

Does the Back Support adjust for Flat, Incline & Decline?
Yes. There are 4 seat back settings. Flat (0°), Incline (80° & 90°) & Decline (-10°).

Does the Seat angle adjust?
No. The seat is fixed on the rotating plate.

Can I use this bench in the decline position as a sit up bench?
Not recommended. The back support does adjust into the decline position, however, the seat does not adjust up to provide correct posture alignment. There is also no leg support at the front.
