Do both pads (seat and back support) adjust?
Yes. Both pads have their own individual adjustments that are secured by pop-pins.

The back support adjusts to 80° but I like to sit at a 90° angle on many exercises. Is this possible?
Yes. The back support angle is not the exercise angle.  The back support itself adjusts from -10° to 80° to the floor but you must also choose one of 3 seat positions. So you create a 90° exercise angle by adjusting the seat to a right angle of the back support.

Are the seat and back support pads reinforced?
Yes. Both pads are secured to wide metal plates that offer excellent support.

What are the pads made of?
The pads are filled with a high resilience polyurethane foam covered with a commercial-grade vinyl upholstery.

Can the legs be hooked when in the decline position?
Yes. The transport handle pivots and can act as a support hook for a foot when in the decline position.

Will the equipment scratch the floor?
The equipment is fitted with molded rubber protective feet that will prevent damage to the floor and are far more durable than plastic end caps.

Is this F.I.D. bench compatible with the GX6 Activity Trainer?
Yes. As well as having matching frame colors the bench’s rear support arm is raised to fit over the base frame to reduce storage space when not in use.
